On Saturday, June 25, 2011 the complainant was operating a motor vehicle northbound in the 14100 block of Huffmeister.
The defendant in this case was operating a 1998 White Ford van westbound in the 15100 block of Spring Cypress.
Both vehicles struck in the intersection and the complainant was found to have no signs of life bby responding paramedics.
The defendant had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath. The defendant failed a sobriety test and was arrested for Driving while Intoxicated.
This case is under investigation by the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
