You may post bail in the form of a surety bond obtained through a licensed bail bondsman; you may deposit cash in the amount of your bail; or you may surrender yourself and request that a magistrate release you on a personal bond without sureties or other security.
You may post bail or surrender to the HCSO’s Bonding Desk at 49 San Jacinto, Houston, Texas 77002. The HCSO’s Bonding Desk is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.

City of Houston Municipal Courts.
Information about fine only misdemeanor cases pending in the City of Houston Municipal Courts may be found by calling “311.” Information may also be obtained by using the Municipal Courts’ Website at www.houstontx.gov/courts
