The Harris County Sheriff’s Office Partnership Portal, is a centralized intake system for community organizations seeking to provide in-custody programming at the Harris County Jail. Applications are reviewed using a research-informed protocol to ensure programs align with best practices, address essential needs, and support consistent, high-quality partnerships. Please note: this pilot is limited to in-custody programming only, and the full review process may take a minimum of 90 business days.
