Vehicle Crime Processing Facility Expansion

This project will renovate and expand the existing Vehicle Crime Processing Facility, which serves multiple Harris County law enforcement agencies. The facility supports the HCSO Auto Theft Division, vehicle processing bays, and evidence storage.

Currently, only four of the ten vehicle bays are fully enclosed, and the staff workspace is limited. The expansion will add more enclosed bays, improve exterior lighting, enhance security for stored vehicles, and create additional office and public interface space. These improvements will support expanded operations and provide a safer, more efficient work environment.
